Senator Fraser Anning, Senator for Queensland

  • Made his maiden speech in Federal Parliament
  • Appeared on the Today Show to discuss his speech

Bob Katter, Federal Member for Kennedy

  • Held a press conference on Wednesday in Cairns in response to Senator Anning's Speech
  • Appeared on the Bolt report, sky news and other media outlets to discuss the speech

Robbie Katter, State Member for Traeger

  • Robbie was part of all the action in Mount Isa last weekend, as the city hosted its 60th Annual Mount Isa Rodeo. He has extended a big congratulations out to all of those involved in putting the event together, and in particular was stoked to be at the opening of the city’s new Rodeo Hall of Fame.

Nick Dametto, State Member for Hinchinbrook

  • Joined an 80-strong North Queensland delegation in Canberra on Tuesday and Wednesday that lobbied for projects and policies which could deliver almost 3000 new local jobs if supported by the Federal Government.
  • Heard submissions on wage theft on Thursday at a public hearing as part of the Education, Employment and Small Business Committee in Brisbane.
